1. Use of this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

2. Services & proposals

Each engagement is governed by a written proposal or agreement specifying scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.

3. Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, project work requires a 50% deposit to commence with the balance due on completion; monthly services are billed in advance. Prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and exclude third-party costs such as ad spend, domains, hosting and software subscriptions.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, content and access needed to deliver the work. Delays in these may affect timelines.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them. We may retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

6. Results

We follow industry best practice, but search rankings, social reach and advertising results depend on platforms and markets outside our control, so specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
