Refund Policy

1. Project work

Deposits secure your project slot and cover discovery and initial work. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit may be refunded less any costs already incurred. Once design or development has started, completed work is billable.

2. Monthly services

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for the current month are non-refundable once work for that month has begun.

3. Third-party costs

Ad spend, domains, hosting, software subscriptions and other third-party costs are paid to those providers and are not refundable by us.

4. Training

Training fees are refundable if cancelled at least 7 days before the start date. Later cancellations may be transferred to a future session.

5. How to request

Email info@infyraltech.co.ke with your invoice number and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
